What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling based martial art that teaches you how to control and defend yourself using technique — not strength.

You don’t need to be fit or experienced to start — we’ll guide you from day one.

It helps you:

  • Learn real self-defence

  • Improve fitness and confidence

  • Challenge yourself in a safe, structured environment

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Children

Our kids classes focus on building confidence, discipline and resilience in a safe, structured environment.

Children learn teamwork, respect and how to handle challenges — all while staying active and having fun.

No experience needed — just a willingness to get involved.
